Pieris Forest Flame

Flame of the forest     

A captivating garden shrub that never fails to draw attention with its striking foliage and beautiful flowers.

It is an upright, evergreen shrub with glossy dark green leaves, red when young, turning pink, white and finally green. Clusters of pendent white flowers appear in spring. It grows slowly to a height of 2 to 3m. and spreads to 2m. Pieris Forest Flame flowers April to May, and can be planted in full sun or partial shade. It is totally frost hardy.
